My Nutrition Philosophy

You always hear people say, "Moderation is key," and that is true but as Moliere said, "One should eat to live, not live to eat." I do believe that moderation is key but, exactly how much is moderation? You should eat what you want and not feel bad about it. While it may be a hard thing to do, you should, as I always say, "crave your craving." Food is fuel. Food is delicious. Food is powerful. Use it to your advantage and strive to eat fun and healthy food rather than plain and boring food. I also have similar mindset towards working out, you should work out to feel your best self not as a punishment to erase those excess calories you may have eaten last night.
