


My Weight loss Journey
I have been heavy my whole life. See how I've conquered that challenge down below.

2020
At this point in my life, I did not really care about what I ate and did not see how big I was actually getting.


2021
Then COVID hit, and I started to see the stretch marks really come in and I hated looking at myself in the mirror.

Again, I hated the way I looked, and I knew it was time for a change. I was 230lbs and not healthy or good looking. I started to slowly workout by walking on the treadmill, doing yoga, and beginner weight training home workouts.

2022
This was one of my senior pictures. I have lost some weight but nowhere near my goal just yet. I loved these pictures at the time, but I knew I still had ways to go.

2022
This is where I really saw the big change. I was down about 70lbs here and I loved the way I looked but I knew I still had it in me to lose more weight.

NOW
This is now. I have consistently kept 80lbs down since 2022 and it is now 2024. This was not an easy task to complete, but I knew that if I stuck to it I would do it! I am very confident and happy with my body now. Everyone has their bad days, but I know that what I did was impeccable and to always remind myself of that.
